WAYS TO CONNECT & SERVE
Quilters from the Heart:
Quilters meet every Wednesday from 10-2 at the church to make quilts for those in our community who need a hug. This is an open, drop-in group and you don't even have to know how to sew to join! Just show up.
Small Groups:
Small groups meet regularly to share life together and to grow in faith, no matter where they are at in their journey. If you'd like to join a group, contact Pastor Joe or Michelle.
Prayer Evenings:
We invite all wanting to come be part of contemplative prayer to join us at 7:30 pm on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month. You may particpate by praying aloud or silently.
Dessert with Dante!
The Divine Comedy has taught generations of people a deeper way to love God. From September 11 to April 20 (Easter Weekend), we’ll be joining a larger reading
community as we work through the Divine Comedy. Our local group will meet on the last Monday of every month starting Sept. 30th to discuss our readings.
Please let Pastor Joe know if this is something you might be interested in.
Youth Group
This is for all high school aged youth. They will meet on alternating Sunday evenings at 6 pm for a meal and a time of fun, and discussing faith questions.

'Practicing the Way' Course
This is an 8 week course where you're invited to get started on a journey of spiritual formation. Its
goal is to help train you to live as an apprentice of Jesus: to be with Jesus, to become like him, and do as he did. We have yet to plan on dates, but it will likely be on a weekday evening for 4 weeks in
a row in the fall and then four weeks in a row in February. You can find out more about the course
here: practicingtheway.org. We’ll only offer this if there’s enough interest, so let Pastors Joe or Michelle know if you might want to be part of this group.
